Kooh was requested by the Silvia army to sneak into an enemy installation guarding military secrets, using Papel to transport the plans. However, upon her first attempt to breach through the border patrols, her Papel was unable to evade detection.

Unfortunately, subsequent events with different Papels also failed. On her last leg, Kooh discovered upon research the existence of a rare, Black Papel, whose dark hue could escape the eyes of the attentive tower guards.

The presence of Black Papel is required to complete this issue of Pangya Island national security. Please help ensure the safety of all its citizens.
